Noodle Bar first opened in Seaside in 2006. Inspired by the location providing a bar as the main sitting area, the name was chosen to reflect the cozy and community-building effect of eating next to a neighbor at the bar. In the 15 years since we’ve opened, the Seaside community continues to embrace and support our Vietnamese food.
In 2010, Noodle Bar expanded into its second location in the Marina Village Shopping Center. While this location has traditional restaurant seating, we made sure to add a bar area as an homage to our original location! We’ve been honored to be a part of the Marina community in sponsoring a few sports teams, partnering with the Friends of the Marina Library, and sourcing locally whenever we can.
They supply you with the most quantity and great flavor. Their boxes outweigh by far. I can share a regular box of sweet and sour chicken between 2 and be satisfied. Friendly and knowledgable staff. I asked them for recommendations and got the best info for my 3 and 15 year old kids.

The staff is super friendly and upbeat. Options are great. I usually order shrimp springrolls. And they gave me options. Did I want my shrimp boiled or grilled? The grilled version gave me smokiness I never had in a spring roll. The traditional pho is outstanding. I wanted more but I know I would not have been able to finish the large bowl. Good service. Options. Delicious Pho. Happy Customer here.

I got addicted by my first visit so I went back and I was really curious abut their dry noodle bowl with bbq tofu and vegetables. Such a great place, good vibe, and speedy service. Love it.
